  • Georgia State University (Atlanta, Georgia) attended from 1989-94. Graduated in 1994 with M.S. in Community Counseling (department of Counseling and Psychological Services) with concentration in Family Counseling.
  • Georgia Southern Graduate School (Brunswick, Georgia) attended in 1974-75 (M.B.A. courses).


College:

  • Old Dominion University (Norfolk, Virginia) attended in 1982 (undergraduate psychology courses).
  • University of Georgia (Athens, Georgia) attended from 1967-71. Graduated in 1971 with B.B.A. in Management Information Systems. Lived on 2nd floor, West Creswell Hall 1967-70; moved off campus 1970-71.

High School:

  • Robert L. Osborne High School (Marietta, Georgia) attended 9th thru 12th grades from 1963-67. Participated in marching and concert bands (under the direction of Mark N. Caldwell), and played on the girls varsity basketball team (under the leadership of Coach Jimmy Reynolds). Graduated in May, 1967.
  • J. C. Murphy High School (Atlanta, Georgia) attended 8th grade in 1962-63. Participated in the marching and concert bands (under the direction of Ben L. Sisk), played on the basketball, tennis, and softball teams (under the leadership of Coach Gary Weisner). Top 10% of class.
     

Grade School:

  • attended Kirkwood Elementary School from 1955 thru 1962.

  • resided at 48 Warren Street, Atlanta, Georgia.

  • played French Horn in East Atlanta Elementary Band from 1957 thru 1962 under the direction of Charles I. ("Charlie") Bradley.

  • recipient of Ritter Award for musical achievement from Charles I. Bradley in 1962.

  • participated in Junior All-State Band in 1962.
