Philippians
4:13
Margie Cash is
a webmaster, a musician, a writer, a
single-parent, an athlete disabled by arthritis,
and last, but not least, a disciple of Jesus
Christ. When Margie was forced from the
corporate world into early, medical retirement
in 1993, she became fascinated with the Internet
as a hobby and has spent many years mastering
this avenue of information technology. In truth,
Margie is eagerly looking for ways to make money
from home, since outside employment is unlikely
due to her ongoing disability. And, since
Margie's first loves are the Internet, music and
writing, tapping into cyberspace publishing has
some distinct advantages in that "the whole
world" is a potential audience!
And, just so you'll know that she's not a total
cyber-geek, Margie has over thirty years of
experience in designing, developing, and
maintaining computer-based information systems
for banks (thirteen years), television
broadcasting (ten years), manufacturing (three
years), and the Internet (twelve years).
Collectively, Margie has over twenty years of
supervisory experience, including project,
department, division, and corporation management
(both profit and non-profit corporations).
Currently, Margie is the CEO of ALCME, Inc..
Margie holds a B.B.A. in Management
Information Systems from the University of
Georgia, and a M.S. in
Community Counseling from Georgia State
University. Margie is also a Life Member of
Chi Sigma Iota, a Counseling Academic
and Professional Honor Society International,
and a member of the
Atlanta Federation of Musicians (Local
148-462 of the
American Federation of Musicians). Margie is
the divorced mother of one son, Larry J.
("Chip") Cash, Jr., the mother-in-law of Jamie
Lynn Cash, and the grandmother of the late,
Amber Lynn Cash, Jacob Johnson Cash, Joshua
Liam Cash, and Elijah Aaron Cash.
